ProMechG (Projekt-Mechanismen-Gesetz, Project Mechanisms Act)

Implementation of the EU Linking Directive into German law. It regulates the development and implementation of project activities (CDM/JI) to generate emission credits usable for compliance under the EU emissions trading scheme. The ProMechG was enacted on 30 September 2005 and amended by the TEHG of 7 August 2007.
