Emission Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA)

Contract dealing with primary sale/purchase of credits from JI or CDM projects. The contract can outline in detail the various steps from the validation of a project idea to the actual delivery and subsequent issuance of emission reductions. It can also simply deal with the details of the sale/purchase of the credits.
